Most of these raw materials are of plant or animal origin that are derived from residual flows from the human food industry. Each raw material has its own nutrient release characteristics. These release characteristics can be modified additionally by a variety of proprietary pretreatments. By properly combining the right ingredients and carefully pretreating certain ingredients, a prill can be designed to release its nutrients in a controlled and gradual manner.

UNIFORM DISTRIBUTION

Because of the unique production process, MINIGRAN^® fertilizers contain the same nutrients in each individual granule. Furthermore, the relatively small SGN sizes compared to pellets and crumbles allow for a perfect distribution when applied on turf or soils, or when blended into growing media or root-zone mixes. This uniform distribution ensures even growth and color, leaving no spot pattern when applied on turf.
